Shipping Policy

Please allow 3-5 business days for items to be shipped, unless otherwise noted. 

Tracking will be provided with every order. Once items are within the care of the Postal Office, Ruens is not legally responsible for any lost or damaged goods. Please be advised that incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses may result in your package being returned. If this is to occur, it is the customer’s responsibility to cover return shipping or any lost items.

It is highly encouraged to purchase insurance on fragile or bulky items.

Currently, Ruens only ships domestically. We hope to offer international shipping in the near future.
